Project64 v1.6 source released (unofficial)

In an effort to give the Nintendo 64 emulation scene a "push", one of the Project64 testers has released the source code to v1.6 to the public (unofficially, of course). You can access that here. It's been several years since the PJ64 has seen any activity and perhaps might be dead at this point.  PJ64, coded by Zilmar and Jabo, is one of best Nintendo64 emulators. Hopefully this source will help to improve the currently active N64 projects (e.g. Mupen64+ and its various ports)! No word of approval/disapproval from the developers yet. PJ64 is technically at v1.7, however v1.6 includes the biggest improvements from the previous sourcecode release.

RE: Project64 v1.6 source released (unofficial)
Mudlord...

The community was bitching about the source for a long time, they acted like it was Jabo and Zilmar's obligation to release the code, as if they haven't already done enough. They criticized about the 1.7 paid version, they hacked it and they complained about the slow progress of the project.

"Stop wasting your free time with yourself and your family, I want to play pokemon without paying!"

unofficially = illegally

At least it will help improve 1964, my favorite 64 emulator.

Sorry for any english mistakes

Yes - I'm not entirely sure if it was the right thing to do, but I suppose at this point if it helps any other projects advance then I'll be happy.
